#1: What else do I need to worry about?
Invitations, wedding favors, and liquor are not standard items in any of our packages. Our talented team can assist you with selecting just the right gift for your guests, or the assist with the proper writing of your invitation.

#2: If I don’t purchase the open bar, will you help me with liquor quantities?
Absolutely!

#3: Are there any corkage fees involved?
No. We don’t charge corkage fees.

#4: Do your packages include a bartender?
Yes. All of our packages include 1 bartender for every 100 guests.

#5: Do you include mixers?
Yes. We include soft drinks, tonic water, club soda, orange, cranberry, and pineapple juice, garnishes, and ice.

#6: Do you give credits if you don’t use some of your vendors?
Yes. Amounts vary by package selected.

#7: Do you include invitations?
No. We don’t include invitations.

#8: Do we save money by reserving the location through Fetes & Events?
We offer this as a service to our clients, but we do not offer special pricing for locations.

#9: How many hours is service provided for in your packages?
Our packages are based on 3 or 4 hours of service with extensions available for a fee.

#10: What is your guest to waiter ratio?
If you select the buffet service, our ratio is 1:25. If you select the sit down dinner option, our ratio is 1:20.

#11: Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa and MC.

#12: Do you handle more than 1 event at a time?
We have ample staffing available to handle more than 1 event per night.

#13: Do you offer incentives, perks, or sales?
On occasion we offer special promotions. Please visit our website regularly, or call our office for current promotions.
