We were so incredibly happy with how are wedding day turned out! Benjamin and Karla did an amazing job with preparing for the wedding and helping us with any questions we had. They met with us several times and were extremely helpful in keeping everything organized (even with all my picky requests). The food was amazing - I keep getting compliments on the food. The hors devours were great too because they allowed us to custom pick certain ones. The DJ gave a great mix of music that kept all the guests, no matter what age, entertained. The service for both the food and bar were great also. Karla made sure everything went on time at the wedding, and everything ran smoothly. All in all, everyone was very flexible and helpful. An excellent team of warm hearted people who truly cared about my needs and the wedding. Karla was excellent under pressure and my life easier by contacting all my separate vendors to make sure everything was in its place. It made me feel relaxed knowing that Karla and the team at BMW were going above and beyond the call of duty!. They helped me plan my wedding in six months, they are pro's. Like with any big event, some stress and inconsistencies arose, but BMW was there every step of the way correcting every detail. I wouldn't change a thing and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Finally a company that truly deserves their title, BEST Miami Weddings.

They did everything to make sure my night was a night to remember. The following is a detailed review about how Bestmiamiweddings treated every step of my wedding:
1. Initial Consultation: They were extremely professional and straight forward. Any idea I provided I got positive feedback immediately. If something I said didn't work they would tell me and enlighten me as to why it had not worked in the past. I appreciated the honesty! If I had a great idea we collaborated to make it happen. I got a quote right on the spot and it was quick, effective and painless.
2. Tasting: I did a wedding on a budget and the tasting was not included in the package. Notwithstanding the tasting was fantastic. I had to change the tasting date and they accomodated me last minute. The tastings only occur on Thursdays which is a bit difficult but with advanced notice I made it happen and the food was amazing!
3. Pre-Wedding: I am a procrastinator and also a very practical person and the venue did amazing in accommodating my last minute wishes. Even though my wedding was one of the most inexpensive packages I never felt the difference. Benjamin and Karla treated me ALWAYS like I had bought the most expensive package available. I got the royal treatment at peasants price! Benjamin was always kind and receptive and Karla looked for the best deals and always had a smile on!
4. The WEDDING: My wedding cake was delicious! Everyone raved about the food (the meat specially). My father-in-law wanted meat balls since the tasting so they made sure that he got his own personal stash of meatballs. My grandma passed away the day before my wedding, the service people at Bestmiamiwedding treated me so amazingly it really helped me enjoy my wedding to the max (like my grandma would have wanted me to). They really brought their A-game! THe dj was awesome I gave him almost no guidance and he did amazing! Overall I can't thank them enough! AMAZING!

Our Wedding was at the Key Biscayne Yacht Club the weekend after hurricane Sandy. Needless to say, things got a bit complicated. Thanks to our wedding planner Ilse Prado, everything was set up perfectly and the whole night happened without any problems. She was amazing and so helpful from the beginning to the very end. She was super detail oriented and would remind me of the things that I needed to do. She also communicated with all of my vendors to check everything was confirmed set for the wedding. On top of that, she was pleasure to work with. She had a great personality and a professional and calm demeanor that was ready to solve any last minute problems that could arise. She was always available, flexible and just a great support. I would not have done it without out her and I'm so thankful to her for all of the help. Getting a wedding coordinator was the best decision I could have made.

We had our wedding on October 28th at the Club of Knights in Coral Gables and it was an amazing experience. All the staff members were very supportive and professional and they were able to take care of all the small details. Our wedding planner, Ilse was great!! She handled all the details of our event perfectly and allowed us to have the best time of our lives while we joined our lives together in front of our family members and our closest friends. She was able to make everything look absolutely stunning and detailed in the courtyard, where our outside ceremony took place, as well as in the ballroom where we had our reception. I would definitely recommend this venue to a friend because I am very pleased with the way everything went for the day to be so perfect.

Our outdoor wedding at The Zen House was truly perfect! Everything was exactly the way we wanted - we had specific details and Vicky Martinez, our wedding coordinator, was so accommodating and helpful. A small and quaint wedding was made elegant and fun at the same time. Any questions we had were addressed and every aspect - from the location, linens, the food- everyone had compliments on all of the appetizers and the dinner, the set up, the bar, the wait staff, the ceremony set up - everything was really great. We were looking for a natural wedding with simple details and The Zen House offered this perfectly. The flowers, the DJ, the photographer, the cake - all of the suggested vendors we used were fantastic. The fact that we were able to get everything we needed with the team, from Julie, Vicky and Martha - this made everything easy and lessened the stress of organizing. When we did have a mini problem, we were able to clarify with no problem. The day of the wedding, after they set up outside and then it began to rain, they had to take everything in and then set it up again outside when it stopped raining - and Vicky helped to coordinate all of my requested details and made sure I was happy with everything! We are so thankful for everything and would definitely recommend - thanks for everything!"

I had my wedding at the Club of Knights in August and everything was perfect. Best Miami Weddings is truly the best place to have your wedding. I was living in Massachussetts while planning the wedding and they were so helpful. I'm very happy with everything and very thankful for all their work.

Our wedding reception turned out fabulous. We had many compliments about the place and the food. We were very pleased with the service and the food. Even though my wedding coordinator had to be changed I got great service from Vicky Martinez and Ilse Prado. Everyone in Fetes & Events was very easy going and very helpful. They answered any questions we had. Our guests were happy with the venue, food and DJ. Everyone had a great time and that what we wanted for our wedding. The staff was very attentive without guest and with us. We are happy we chose this venue because we had a great time and so did our guests. We chose Club Of Knights because we were taken away by the elegant and intimate space they had to offer. We wanted someplace classy and modern and we found that here. Everyone made our journey to our special day an unforgetable day. Although it came with loads of stress the staff at Fete's & Events including the vendors made a difference each step if the way. My wedding took place at The Club Of Knights and my coordinator was Ana Reyna. Awesome location very secluded and romantic atmosphere you would not know it was there. My guest loved everything from the cermony to the food.Thank you so much Ana I could not have ask for the most perfect coordinator within this company. Our big day was AMAZING Ana was AMAZING. She was there from beginning to end she had everything prepared for us such as cocktail before we were announced at the reception she was AMAZING. Our parents raved about how calm she was the day of and kept ten ca because I was running late but actually got there in perfect timing. From the food tasting to the walk through, rehearsal and our big day she was amazing and well organized and patient with me and my husband and family. She\'s very punctual and always have her notes handy to go over anything that comes to mind that you\'ve discussed with her through email.Everything was perfect and executed the way I imagined it. The food was AMAZING thanks to Ben and his team I would hire them to cater any event for me coconut crusted chicken and oranged glazed salmon was finger licking (Great job Ben & team I need some recipes). Fetes and Events is a great company with great prices and great help. Any questions or concerns I had there was someone there to always answer them thank you guys so much Martha,Ben,Liz and everyone else I have been acquainted with. Fetes & Events coordinated my birthday party. With little time in advance, the staff put together an amazing celebration for me. The food was finger liking good, the music was trendy and catchy, the decoration as super modern and stylish, the service was class AAAA!!!

We had to plan our wedding from London. My husband and I live there. He is English and I am Venezuelan, so Miami made sense as a middle point. It was a challenge to plan everything through emails, skype sessions, time difference, phone-calls and a couple of visits to Miami, however the staff at Fetes and Events, specifically our wedding planner, Ana, were very accommodating and understanding. We had many customized requests, which were always addressed and in most cases achieved.
The packages they offer are good value for money, if you want an easy pre-package wedding; however the moment you change any item, it can get expensive.
All of our guests were very impressed and happy with the quality of the food (really outstanding!), decoration, venue, etc.
Our Wedding Service was 30mins late, due to traffic issues and our wedding planner even went out of her duties and appear in the church to speed things up.
Overall we were very happy with the service and would recommend.

I had my wedding at Fetes & Events Club of Knights. The event was a total success, the place looked likea dream the night of my wedding. With beautiful lights stringed across the courtyard, my arch with sunflowers and lavander cascading down. The dinning room was gorgeous and cozy, over flowing with ambler lights, silk green linens, spring flowers and golden table chargers. It was perfect. JC, Ben, Tyler & Martha are a great team and made my wedding day flawless :)

They helped me plan the wedding of my dreams with the budget I had set for it. My wedding coordinator was Vicky and she is the best! Extremely helpful and she is always willing to help you fulfill your desires. It was a GREAT experience overall!

We had Ilse Prado as our wedding coordinator from Fetes and Events. She was wonderful throughout the whole process. Very detail oriented and always followed up with us on conversations with an email so we knew what we had to do next. She helped us pick colors and table set-ups and made the remaining choices easy.

The carnie package was pretty inclusive and our guests thought the afair was absolutely beautiful (Deering Estate). Our friends thoguht the price was right too! Especially after seeing the reception outdoors in the courtyard it looked like we spent $50k but it was half that.

Coordinator was excelent, Food was good, DJ was good, venue couldn't have been better. We went with a 2nd bar for just a few hundred bucks. All in all our experience was spectacular and Ilse was a wonderful and warm person (and pregnant too!). We highly reccommend her services and Fetes and Events weddings - A&A

Best Miami Weddings (aka Fetes & Events) was an absolutely wonderful company to work with. I was planning a wedding in Miami while living in Cincinnati, and they made the whole process - starting with selecting a venue - very easy for me. I even made changes all the way up to the end, and they were willing to accommodate me. They were very fair in their pricing, and were much more reasonable than any hotel venue we looked at (and trust me, we looked at SEVERAL). The wait staff at the reception were extremely attentive, and I even had guests who let me know that it was the best service they\'d ever seen at a wedding. Being an out-of-town bride is difficult, and sometimes waiting a day or two for a response is stressful, but if I had been in town, I imagine the response time would never have been an issue. The food was AMAZING. At least half of our guests made special note to us that this was the best wedding food they\'d ever had, and I myself agreed. It was all delicious.

The highlight of my wedding planning experience was working with Ana Reyna, the wedding coordinator I was assigned through Best Miami Weddings/Fetes and Events. Ana was INCREDIBLE. She was so detail-oriented and was always 10 steps ahead of me in thinking of every issue we might need to consider to make sure the wedding went seamlessly. She was fun and wonderful to work with, but most importantly, she gave me the best gift any bride could ever ask for... she allowed me to truly ENJOY my wedding, all because I knew I could 100% trust her with every single detail (even more than I would trust myself). She brought extra items that I had forgotten for decor, she included special things that I had been given just a day or two before the wedding to make everything really personal, and she even let me ship items to her house throughout my planning process so that I didn\'t have to somehow get them all to Miami on my own. It was rainy and stormy on my wedding day, but with Ana\'s forethought and superb execution, you would\'ve never known our plans for an outdoor ceremony had changed. She moved it to our back-up location without missing a beat and made it just as beautiful as if we were getting married outside. Throughout the night, until the very last song, Ana was always right where I needed her with just what I needed to keep the night going well -- she even helped me pin up my dress when it got wet and started dragging a little. She forced me to eat after the ceremony (SO glad I got to taste our delicious appetizers) because she was worried I would get too hungry and brought us (my husband and I) drinks several times. She is also bilingual, which was absolutely necessary for us, since my husband and his family are from Chile and several of them do not speak English. At the rehearsal, several of my friends noted how Ana effortlessly directed a large group of people in 2 languages and got everything done in perfect time, even though some of my guests were running late due to a draw bridge being opened in their path. I can\'t really find all the words to describe what an incredible pleasure it was to work with Ana, but if anyone has the opportunity to use Best Miami Weddings, I would strongly encourage you to do so!

I had the best wedding anyone could wish for at The Club of Knights. Everything turned out beautiful and they exceeded my expectations! Special thanks to Benji and Vicky for all their help throughout the entire process! :)
